1. Member Privacy

We hold all personal information of Members in confidence with complete integrity for security and privacy to the fullest extent provided in our User Agreement. While Mineralszone collects registration information, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our Members. Accordingly, we pledge that no information specifically identified to registered Members will be sold, traded, or shared with any third party, including advertisers, organizations, or other Members, with the following exceptions: 

Information necessary to reveal to other Members when they trade with each other in accordance with the normal operations of the marketplace i.e. world Mineral Exchange and to Buyers enquiry. 

Information that the terms of an administrative order, court order, or subpoena requires us to disclose, that we in good faith determine is legally required to be revealed, or that law enforcement authorities request us to disclose in connection with their investigations.

Information revealed during the course of our enforcement of the User Agreement, the Rules of the Exchange or during the course of any disciplinary actions with respect to a Member.

Information about a Member used by Mineralszone in the course of dealings with that Member outside the Web site, such as Customer Service, including phone, letter, and in person

Information that we in good faith determine must be disclosed to correct what we believe to be false or misleading information or to address activities that we believe to be manipulative or deceptive.

Mineralszone will publish information about activity on the Exchanges, using aggregated trading information that does not include the identities of Members that are parties to the transactions. Our User Agreement also describes Mineralszone Proprietary Properties (including Other Exchange Information and Member Information) that Mineralszone owns and shall be entitled to use any information relating to a Member that Mineralszone shall be entitled to use.

2. Security

This Web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. These include firewall protection, password encryption, and restricted Server access. Such measures may not prevent loss, misuse or alteration of information in all cases. We urge all Users to exercise caution while using our site or, for that matter, any other Web site.

3. Cancellation / Unsubscribe Options

Any Member of Mineralszone may cancel their Membership at any time by sending e-mail to subscribe@mineralszone.com and in the subject line write, "cancel." The consequences of, and a Member's obligations after, a cancellation are set out in our User Agreement .
