Polisher...The WIZARD WORK STATION is an excellent
Radial Arm Piece Polisher. It has precise head
pressure control and speed to make polishing or honing
every easy and fast. It does an excellent job on
granite, marble and limestone. This feature can be
used to clean up scratches in the face surface. It
can also be used to polish the back side of rough
slabs.
- Edge
Shaper...The WIZARD WORK STATION can do inside and
outside radiuses. Roller balls are not needed
to keep the tool in contact with the edge. That means
no face scratching or need to cover and protect the
polished face of the work piece. Use your existing
tools to apply ogee and bullnose edges on straight or
curved edges.
- Coring
Machine...The WIZARD WORK STATION can get to those
hard to reach island sinks. The air flow control valve
allows anyone to learn how to cut a fixture hole
without blowouts or chipping of the polished surface.
Coring is also the smart way to cut out the sink hole
corners. You will get better stock removal with less
risk of over cutting.
- Stock
Remover...The WIZARD WORK STATION is easy to
handle. Operator fatigue is not a concern like it can
be with hand held tools. The arm is balanced for easy
handling and a light touch by the operator.
- Undermount
Sink Processor...The WIZARD WORK STATION saves and
improves the vertical edge. This technique will need
to be practiced by your operator. You will cut the
time spend on undermounts in half. The diamond vanity
drums available from many suppliers come with
different degrees of quality. Bring the edge up to the
machine standard you determine. Your hand tools are
used to finish the job to your quality standard.
- Drainboard
Cutter and Polisher...The WIZARD WORK STATION
provides your clients with the latest in market
trends. Your shop will be distinguished as being able
to do it all. By following the template guide, cutting
drainboard depressions is simple. The center water
feed again makes this process easy for anyone.
Successive polishing pads bring the drainboard up to a
polish. Hand work will be needed to touch up the light
ridge between the drainboard and the polished face.
The flat part of the drainboard can be cut and
polished in less than an hour.
