Welded enblock teble: the sliding surface of the belt is milled
and grounded. Suitable laterals grits collect the waste water
which is conveyed from sliding channels. At the ends, two belts
rollers are housed, one of which is motorized by a special
gearreduction unit, capacity 1.1 kW. The speed of the
conveyor-belt is adjusted by an electronic inveter from 0 to 2.4
m./l'.
Bridge sliding supports, made up in carpentry, containing the
rolling ways made up in tempered steel and interchangeable. The
slinding comes on special rolling ways with tempered and rectified
rolls, everything in oil-bath. One special labyrinth shape of the
supports and suitable carters allow the absolute guard from dust
and splashes.
Special grinding/polishing spindles made up of strong cast iron.
They have the particularity to be connected to the bridge frame
both in the superior than in the inferior part allowing the work
to be without vibrations. The pneumatic working cylindeer is a
master-piece in the spindle itself. Each unit is equipped as
follows: three-phase motors; Set of trapezoidal belts for the
transmission of the motion to the axis; Abrasive holding plate
diam. 470 mm. suitable for the housing of 6 FRANKFURT abrasives
complete with a special anti-vibrating rubber joint. Motorized
brush, set up at the exit of the slabs from spindles, equipped
with automatic lifting and lowering, for the brushing of polished
slabs. Automatic reading device of slabs shape and size (optional)
which, connected to a control PLC, allows the polishing of the
slabs also with irregular sides.


Automatic
electronic bridge cutting machine. The BCG/3500 MK2 saw machine is
suitable for working granite and marble using, of course, the
right diamond tools. The main structure has been made of cast
iron, in order to give the maximum stability and the same quality
of the machine all over the time.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
. movable bridge, sliding on the guides;
.operation head, sliding on the bridge;
. rotationg table, which can be loked into place at any position,
from 0° to 360°. The table con be securely and precisely
fastened every 90°. The operating head, installed on slide
allowing it to slide on the bridge - easily - moves vertically -
up and down - on two chromium guides, which are protected by
appropriate carters. Slide movement comes out thanks to oil bath
guides, wich are perfectly protected. The cutting speed is
adjusted by electronic control. The operating unit is equipped
with a compact motor, where the disc will be fixed. The head can
be inclined and it's able to cut step, even during inclinated
cutting. The electric control board - made by tin - loon the right
side of the bridge is made up the control panel with the main
commands and the pending controls. Even this second device,
containing the main operating commands, can be moved near to the
center of working table thanks to a movable arm.
Switches and their thermal protections, thegeneral switch-off
with the door lock and the electronic movement control device are
located into the electric control board. The lectric cables and
the cooling pipes are supported by nylon cable holding chains,
from the connecting point of the machine to the electric control
board up to operating head. |
