SYNTHETIC
ABRASIVES

Silicon
carbide abrasives bound with resin for marble and granite smoothing.
Final polishers for marble and granite which will make them as smooth
as glass.
The abrasive line for chamfer and edge profiles guarantee an
excellent shiny result due to RPF technique.
We
are glad to present our new line of porcelain stoneware and granite
synthetic abrasives, supplied with carbide spheres.

This new product should preferably be used straight after the diamond
tool and its high removal capacity can improve production and speed of
over 10 - 15%.
Since the first working tests, the new abrasives proved to be more
useful in increasing the production cycle than the traditional ones :
1 Their HIGHER REMOVAL CAPACITY allows to achieve the same results
using less heads at a time
2 Requiring a LOWER PRESSURE ON THE STONE, the use
of these abrasives implies a notable saving of energy due to the
lower power absorption.
3 Their LIFE IS 4/5 TIMES LONGER than magnesite abrasives'.
4 The new product's longer life also REDUCES THE ABRASIVE CHANGHING
TIME AND THE CONSEQUENT PRODUCTION OF MUD, which is usually difficult
and expensive to remove.
