The
Sculpturing-turning machines Luigi 90-92-96 are
suitable for reproducing statues, capitals, colums with
friezes, spiral colums from model, and also objects of any
form not reproduceable by other types of machinery.
The
running is automatic by electro-hydraulic control and doesn't
need any sort of computerized programming.
The
vertical position of the model and of the block to be shaped
allows a greater heasiness in strating operation work and a
considerable advantage as for space.
The
processing is divided into two phases: the first one, roughing
out and turning, is made by disks; the second one, finishing,
is made by using milling-cutters for reproducing friezes and
relieves.
Wide
or diamonds tools can be used according to the features fitted
to the type of material to be worked.
The
model to be reproduced may be of any material, also
polystyrene.
