The automatic version of this machine is completely self-controlled from a PC that can control several functions like: descent, trolley movement, moving parts and alarms (lack of water, lack of tension, movement, wire breaks, electrical failures).

Tension of the diamond wire is maintained by two pneumatic cylinders in a circuit designed for constant pressure under all conditions.
