The Dimminutor Open Channel Screening and grinding processors are now more powerful and effective than ever! A new
TURBO-DIMMINUTOR® has been introduced that features added power, faster processing speed and streamlined design features for "Turbo-Charged" performance. The new models will have a "T" designation.

The Dimminutor is used in plant headworks and pump stations worldwide. This straight-thru unit reduces oversized solids to enhance plant operation and improve the reliability of pumps and other downstream equipment.

The Turbo models feature added power and higher rotational speeds than previous designs. This produces intensive reduction, uniform output and fast screen clearing.

Another important feature of the "TURBO" models is a new seamless screen design. This new screen is constructed of a heavy, corrosion resistant stainless steel plate that is slotted to precise tolerances using the precision of laser technology. The screen's unique geometry allows the cutters to actually sweep the slots clear with each rotation. The seamless screen has a streamlined profile with no gaps, ledges or pockets to trap material. The one piece screen design means ultra-high strength. As the screen is stationary, it never wears against bottom grit.

The Dimminutor has an intrinsically open design to handle high flow rates with low head-loss. It is designed with easy maintenance features including: individually replaceable cutters, oil lubrication and a simple rotary design that requires no auxiliary diverter screens. Also available is an upgrade kit to Turbo-Charge existing Dimminutor installations.
