The Allied-Gator Crusher, like the Grapple, isn’t alone in the world. An excavator-mounted Crusher is a simple implement, and it would be hard to list every manufacturer that offers one.  But, like every attachment we make, our Crusher stands apart on its strength, reliability, and ease of service.

From its teeth – cast, like our shear body, for superior wear and impact characteristics – through its dual “shear-plane design”, our Crusher is built to last.

All shafts are machined from super-strong, cold-rolled steel. The lifting eye shackle hole is bossed on both sides to prevent elongation and tear out.

Allied-Gator’s unique union sleeve – the cylindrical construction that joins our Crusher’s upper andlower jaws – not only makes installation and removal fast and easy, but also protects the main pin from shock and shear loads. The jaws move on externally greasable, rotational bearings that minimize side play and boss wear. Daily greasing of these bushings is the only maintenance the Crusher requires with regular use.
