X-ray
It is an electromagnetic radiation having very short wavelength, which is being emitted from a substance when it is attacked by a line of electrons in a vacuum. Machines which produces this is known as x-ray machines. x-rays are very useful in geology and mineralogy in studying the chemical constituents of rocks and minerals.
